Representations can also be made via email to planning@boston.gov.uk or by post to Planning Services, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, PE21 8QR.


The Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 requires that any written correspondence must be made available for public inspection. It is not therefore possible to treat your comments in confidence and any correspondence received will be made public including names and addresses and will be available on the Council’s website.


In the event of an appeal that proceeds for a householder or minor commercial application, any representations made about the application will be passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make any further representations.
